Pilates is the ultimate compliment to virtually every sport. Pilates is a low impact practice that strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and encourages mindful movement. Challenging training can be both safe and functional under the guidance of Pilates professionals. At InCentre we have experience working with dancers and athletes from amateur, elite, to professional.
A sport specific appointment will address your needs as an individual. Training will be tailored to your short & long term goals with respect for strengths, weaknesses and past injuries.
Sport specific lessons plans are created for your group with your goals in mind. We work with your Duos, Trios or groups of 4-6 one time or on a routine schedule.
